Create Splits in Vim

Create a horizontal split with Ctrl-w s or a vertical split with Ctrl-w v. Splits let you edit multiple views at once.

Commands you practise

Ctrl-ws
Split your window horizontally to view two parts of the same file. It's perfect for referencing top-of-file imports while writing code below.
Ctrl-wv
Split your screen vertically to view the same file side-by-side. Keep your context close without losing your place.

Levels

  1. Split Decision (easy): Split the window horizontally with Ctrl-w s, then clear the TEMP status.
  2. Vertical Integration (medium): Split vertically with Ctrl-w v, then set db_port to "5432" and db_user to "admin".
  3. Split Personality (hard): Split horizontally with Ctrl-w s, then vertically with Ctrl-w v, and update the version to "2.0".

Each level opens a real Neovim session in your browser with a start file and a target file. Edit one into the other in as few keystrokes as you can, then race the vimbot's solution.
