Replace Mode in Vim

Enter Replace mode with R to overwrite existing text as you type. It is the perfect tool for editing characters without shifting the rest of the line.

Levels

1. Role Reversal (easy): Overwrite the pending role with the manager role to update the record.
2. Status Alignment (medium): Overwrite the inactive system statuses with ACTIVE using Replace mode to keep alignment.
3. Fixed Width Facelift (hard): Update the inventory records in-place without shifting the surrounding columns.

Each level opens a real Neovim session in your browser with a start file and a target file. Edit one into the other in as few keystrokes as you can, then race the vimbot's solution.
