Jump backward to the end of the previous word with ge or previous WORD with gE. This mirrors e and E in reverse.
Commands you practise
ge
ge jumps backward to the end of the previous word. Use it to quickly jump to the end of the word behind you, skipping the current one entirely.
gE
Jump backward to the end of the previous WORD. It easily bypasses complex punctuation and slashed paths to find the next space-separated block.
Levels
Backtrack and Trim (easy): Jump backward to the ends of the previous words to quickly trim duplicate trailing letters.
YAML Clean Up (medium): Remove the trailing punctuation from the list items using backward WORD jumps.
Config Surgeon (hard): Clean up the config typos and stray punctuation by mastering the difference between word ends and WORD ends.
Each level opens a real Neovim session in your browser with a start file and a target file. Edit one into the other in as few keystrokes as you can, then race the vimbot's solution.
