Search Match Select in Vim

Jump to the next match of your last search and select it with gn. One command puts the match under your cursor, ready for an instant edit.

Commands you practise

gn
Search forward for the next match of the current pattern and visually select it. It lets you instantly target and edit matches without manual navigation.

Levels

  1. Prefix Purge (easy): Quickly strip all the diverse prefixes ending with a colon.
  2. Shout Whisperer (medium): Silence the shouting uppercase words scattered across the sentence.
  3. Class Dismissed (hard): Clean up the HTML by stripping out all class attributes.

Each level opens a real Neovim session in your browser with a start file and a target file. Edit one into the other in as few keystrokes as you can, then race the vimbot's solution.
