Replay Ex Command in Vim

Repeat the last Ex command without retyping it. Run one :m+1, then @: fires it again - and again - anywhere in the file.

Commands you practise

@:
Repeat the last Ex command with @:. It is the easiest way to reuse a search, substitution, or line move without retyping it.

Levels

  1. Out of Order Tasks (easy): Move the misplaced tasks down by 2 lines to their correct topic sections.
  2. Skip the Legacy (medium): Upgrade the active services to version v2, but leave legacy services on v1.
  3. Harvest the Engineers (hard): Copy all Engineering email addresses to the mailing list at the bottom of the file.

Each level opens a real Neovim session in your browser with a start file and a target file. Edit one into the other in as few keystrokes as you can, then race the vimbot's solution.
